One standout feature is their commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients that blend harmoniously with the flavors of France. Start your meal with their signature appetizer: a beautifully plated foie gras with a side of seasonal fruits and house-made brioche. The richness of the foie gras is balanced perfectly by the sweetness of the fruit, creating an unforgettable first impression. If you're a fan of seafood, the oysters on the half shell, served with a zesty mignonette sauce, are a refreshing and elegant choice.

For the main course, Bistro Aoitsuki’s French-inspired dishes stand out in both flavor and presentation. The slow-cooked beef short ribs, tender and succulent, practically melt in your mouth. Paired with a rich red wine reduction and creamy mashed potatoes, this dish epitomizes comfort food done right. The seafood bisque is another favorite, featuring a deep, rich flavor profile that showcases the best of the ocean’s bounty, enhanced with a touch of cream and delicate herbs.

No meal at Bistro Aoitsuki is complete without indulging in one of their delectable desserts. The crème brûlée, with its perfectly caramelized sugar top and smooth custard beneath, is a crowd favorite. Alternatively, the dark chocolate mousse offers a luxurious finish to the meal, rich yet light, satisfying your sweet tooth with finesse.

But what truly makes Bistro Aoitsuki stand out is its ability to pair these incredible dishes with a carefully selected wine list. • Came here for a meal on a hot midday day. As a Taiwanese, I feel Japan’s friendliness and enthusiasm for service to guests. It was a great lunch, not expensive, and the ingredients were delicious and well seasoned. Oysters, fresh and delicious. Tomato pasta, good seasoning, rich tomato flavor and the aroma of chili pepper.
